Should your order not meet your satisfactory standards, we are here to assist you! You may return the item provided that:
- You initiate a return within three (3) days from the time you receive your item(s), which will be at your own cost
- The item(s) must be returned to us in the original packaging, unused and undamaged
- Sales items are not eligible for a refund
The total refundable amount will exclude delivery fees, as the delivery already took place and duly paid.
