In Table Matters, we care about our clients and the happiness and satisfaction that you seek from us. Here’s our delivery, return, and refund policy that will give you a memorable shopping experience.

Delivery

We process all orders and then deliver them to your doorstep within 3-5 working days* after you place an order successfully. We diligently keep informing you the status of the order you placed.**

**We send an email of acknowledgment when you place an order. That email confirms the details of your order. Once your ordered product is packed and ready for delivery, you will get a notification email from us.

Pick Up from Store

There is an exclusive option for those who do not want a home delivery. They can come to our pick up stores personally and collect their order themselves from there.

To collect the product yourself, you will have to bring the confirmation email of your order that we sent you. Present the email to our staff at the store to claim the product. You will also need a valid personal identity document. Our staff will verify the identity and will assist you regarding the item collection accordingly.

If you have problems for some reasons to collect your order yourself, someone on your behalf can collect it. The person will have to present the confirmation email’s printed copy. The authorized person will have to show their personal identity document as well to our staff at the store.

Return and Refund Policy

At first, we thank you for your shopping with Table Matters!

If your ordered product hasn’t met your expectation level or standard, you can return the product based on the completion of the following conditions:

  1. You will have to initiate the return procedure within the 3 days’ period starting from the time you received the item or items. The return procedure will be totally at your cost.
  2. You must return the product covered in its original packaging. The product must be undamaged and unused.
  3. You will not get a refund for the items you purchased on sale.

The amount you receive as refund will be excluded of delivery fees. That is because the delivery process already have occurred and has been duly paid.

Table Matters has the rights to decline the return of any item if that does not meet the conditions mentioned above.
