Our return policy spans 30 days. If you decide to return the product beyond the 30-day grace period, we, unfortunately, cannot provide you a refund or an exchange. You are eligible for any return if the product is still unused and in its original packaging, and the exact condition you have received it. You need to present a proof of purchase or official receipt for the return to be completed.
Please send us an email of your intention to return a product so that we can send a returns form. You can mail the product to our address provided that you include the return code we have given you.
